Hi!
Yesterday i wanted to use Ping command then i saw an error :
‘ping’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
This was very strange error. because i have used it many times , and it was working.
When i tried other common Commands like : Ipconfig , shutdown , etc , this error occurred again.
So i used my best friend : Google 
! and i found the reason of this error.
This error happens when the Environment Variables have been modified by you or by a software.
By following these steps you can fix the problem :
Go to Control panel -> System -> Advanced tab -> Environment Variables
in the System Variables find Path and click Edit and then put this command : ;c:\windows\system32 to the end of Variable value , Click ok , Click ok , Click ok , well done! if finished, now Restart windows.
