There were two zebras in the Gaza zoo in Palestine.
But they died of hunger earlier this year when they were neglected during the Israel-Hamas war.
Now the zookeepers painted two donkeys as zebras, because they don’t have enough money to buy real zebras.
Children don’t recognize the fake anyway.
